Any private house requires heating in the cold season. For this purpose, heating equipment is installed and a heating system is installed. For heating equipment include boilers. They can be installed:

• in a separate room in the house, basement or basement, with the boiler power from 30 to 200 kW (built-in boiler room);

Another boiler room can be installed in a separate container, which is already equipped with everything necessary. This will be a modular boiler room. Requirements for boiler room

Since the strictest requirements are placed on the room in which gas heating equipment is installed, we will consider how the gas boiler room is equipped. First you need to remember that all the requirements and standards for the installation of boilers are set forth in regulatory documents, incl. SNiP. According to them:

• The boiler room can be attached to a blank wall of a house, a separate building or built into the house;
• The walls of the boiler room are built of brick, cinder block or other non-combustible material.
• The area of ​​the room must be at least 4–6 m², and the volume is not less than 15 m³, ceiling height - 2.5 m.
• Be sure to have ventilation, better than natural (window, window), you can not allow drafts. The volume of air flow should be three times the volume of the room plus the reserve for the boiler operation. When air comes in from the street, a hole is made at the rate of 8 cm for ventilation.² on 1 kW. If the air comes from home, then per kilowatt of power accounts for a hole of 30 cm².
