• flow between battery sections - most likely, the nipple burst, to eliminate the damage, you need to completely move the battery.

Problems can be observed with the circulation pump:

• after the summer idle time, quite often the pump simply does not rotate, the reason for this is shaft oxidation. In this case, you will have to remove the engine and manually rotate its wheel;

Note! In low-power models, it is sometimes possible to rotate the shaft with a conventional screwdriver; at the end, the manufacturer does a serif specifically for this.

• in the absence of a filter in front of the pump in a foreign object may simply block the operation of the device. In this case, it is enough to manually dismantle the casing and remove it;
• the cause of periodic spontaneous shutdowns of the pump can be a thick layer of scale on the stator shirt, the repair instructions consist in the descaling of the stator shirt;
• damage to the fuse can also cause problems with switching on the pump;
• strong vibration is a consequence of the wear of the bearing, in which case only its replacement will help.

In addition to these, you can highlight the problems with the electric part of the pump. For example, if the 3-phase pump is not properly connected to the network, a reduced pressure is observed, and the required circulation of the coolant is not ensured.
