• A nut and a tanging ring are put on the metal-plastic pipe. The latter must be passed further along the pipe so that it does not interfere with putting the pipe on the mouthpiece of the part.
• Next pipe until it stops is put on the mouthpiece.
• After that, the tsungovoy ring advances on the area above the mouthpiece and the nut twists.
• Then the connection is made in the same way on the other side.

Note! Cranes must be selected quality, with a working temperature within 150 degrees Celsius and a working pressure of about 60 atmospheres.

Polypropylene pipe

• First of all, it is necessary to connect the device to electricity and heat it to the operating temperature.
• If the pipes are reinforced with aluminum, then at the junction it is necessary to remove the top layer of polypropylene with reinforcement using a special tool - stripping.
• When the soldering iron gets warm, the pipe and valve must be connected to the soldering iron nozzle.
• After softening the polypropylene, the parts must be removed from the nozzle and docked with each other.
• When the plastic hardens, you can do the same on the other side.

I must say that not all fittings and taps for polypropylene pipes are connected to the pipeline by soldering. Some of their types have a threaded connection; in this case, an adapter is welded to the pipe, into which a metal threaded sleeve is welded.

Note! When mounting with threaded joints, it is necessary to wind the sealing tape fum-tape on the thread, which will ensure the tightness of the joints.

PVC pipe

Valves for PVC pipes are fairly simple to install.

The procedure is performed in the following order:

• The nut is first put on the pipe.
• Then a retaining ring is attached to the edge of the pipe.. To do this, you can use cold welding or special compositions for the installation of PVC pipe.
• After the retaining ring is glued, it is necessary to screw the nut with your own hands, without using any tools.
• Further, the second end of the valve will also dock with the pipeline.

This process is complete. If the procedure was performed correctly, then the result should be a reliable and tight connection.

Installation of closure mechanisms for sewer systems

Many people do not know that it is possible to install a faucet on a sewer pipe, and why it is needed at all. However, this device is very useful because it allows you to shut down the system, for example, for the duration of the work.

Most often, the valve is combined with a check valve, which does not allow drains to flow in the opposite direction. This is true for residents of apartment buildings, as the valve prevents flooding, if sewage system clogs.
