Most often, cabins of this size are installed in the private sector, where the room allocated for a bathroom is large, and, in general, in your house you can always change the area for a room at your discretion - there is usually enough space while, of course, bearing walls are not touched.

• To begin with, the fences (movable and fixed panels) are made of either tempered glass or plastic - Both of these materials have their positive and negative sides. For example, glass has a dense structure, it is very easy to care for it, using any household cleaning products (even with abrasive elements) and slippery - in general, everything that is suitable for washing windows and mirrors, but, despite the heating, such panels belong to the category of fragile materials.
• But the plastic is more flexible, therefore, does not have the minuscule, but it has a porous structure, where various microparticles accumulate, causing the surface to darken, but it can only be washed with chemically inactive detergents, using a brush or a napkin. But, no matter how you clean the plastic panels (especially transparent), anyway they will fade with time and this is an inevitable process, but the price of such a booth is much lower.
• Not the last role played by tinting glass - they can be transparent, matte or darkened and this sometimes becomes the main criterion when choosing a corner fence, although this is not an instruction, but a personal preference. The fact is that in some cases the cabin is mounted in the same room with the toilet, which can be one for the whole house, and if, for example, they urgently need to take your child, will you agree to allow him to use the bathroom behind the transparent partition? This is a moral and ethical question, but it is extremely important in raising children, therefore, it will affect your choice.

• The depth of the pallet is also not the last and it depends again on the members of your family, that is, on those who will use the booth. For example, having a shower corner 70x100 or 100100 mm, with a deep tray, you can use it at the same time as a bath for a child and as a trough for rinsing or soaking clothes. But on the other hand, imagine that in your family there is a person with disorders of the musculoskeletal system or just a pensioner who is already hard to lift his legs - a deep pan can be a real stumbling block for him.

The pallets can be metal and acrylic, shallow and deep, but they are all mounted using screwed legs. This allows the most clearly set the level even on a not quite flat floor.

Note! Between the adjacent walls, where the shower angle of 100x100 cm (or other sizes) is installed, it should be exactly 90 ?. In case of deviation in one or the other side, a gap will appear between the wall and the shower tray, sometimes it can be critical, that is, installation is impossible at all. In such cases, resorted to trimming tiles on the wall, but this is a separate issue.

Whether it is a shower corner 70 per 100 cm, 100120 cm or small, 8080 cm, they all begin to be installed from the device of the pallet into the corner of the room. First, the legs are fastened to the pallet, which are fixed with the help of a steel cross (for different models such a cross can consist of different number of profiles, and the number of legs depends on the area of ​​the pallet).

Fixation is made when the pallet is in a horizontal inverted position so that all the legs can be screwed strictly in level and secure with locknuts.

After you have fixed the legs, insert the pallet into a corner and check it again with a level - if everything is fine, screw the siphon, connect it to the drain of the sewage system, and glue the pallet to the tile with silicone sealant for showers.

As a rule, shower corners of 100x100 cm have a prefabricated frame for fencing, that is, these are two profile guides that are screwed to the wall at the edges of the pallet and the frame itself, which is inserted there and already deaf and movable panels are hung on it.

It is imperative to download silicone under the guide profiles - this will serve as an excellent shut-off waterproofing. After you install the entire metal structure, you can hang the deaf panels - plastic seals are put on them from both sides (sealer with apron on the side of the doors) and they are fixed to the frame with brackets.

Doors are hung on profiles on special wheels - you can see it in the photo above, and the top pair is fixed tightly. After you hang them, the lower pair is adjusted (there are eccentrics there) and the wheels are clamped while finding the most optimal position.
