Septic uponor
A negative factor in human life is the formation of waste that must be disposed of and recycled. In a country house or at their summer cottage, centralized sewer systems are usually absent. Homeowners solve the problem of collecting and recycling household and sewage waste with septic tanks. Independent construction of a septic tank is time consuming and costly. Many manufacturers offer complete integrated systems with a level of waste treatment up to 98%.
On the world market, the Finnish manufacturer offers Overor septic tanks, the line of which can satisfy the needs for cleaning the effluent of both the summer house and a small commercial facility with up to 10 people.
Models

The model range is represented by three models:
- Sako entry-level cleaning systems that require additional treatment in the filter field. Represent a settling tank for the separation of heavy and liquid fractions.
- Bio (Bio) local energy-dependent complete wastewater treatment systems, including deep biological and chemical processing after the process of settling.
- BioClean (BioClean) premium system with a fully automated process management and control panel which is located in the house.
Septic tanks are completely made of high-strength polyethylene by casting without welds, which increase the overall structural strength.
Sako models belong to the product line of the initial price category. They are structurally simple and perform the functions of pre-treatment of wastewater, followed by filtration through ground aeration fields.
Advantages of models:
- non-volatility;
- the possibility of selecting a model of the desired performance (1.4–4 m3);
- simplicity of installation and installation in the general system of sewerage;
- ease of construction;
- the ability to install additional structural elements.

Disadvantages:
- the need for periodic cleaning of the tank by an agitator;
- incomplete biological and chemical treatment of wastewater (up to 85%);
- Mandatory tertiary treatment of effluent through filtration fields;
- in case of high groundwater, it is necessary to construct filtration fields on high ground, which requires the connection of a volatile pump.
Description

The cleaning system consists of 2-4 tanks connected to each other by an overflow pipe system. The tanks are equipped with inlet and outlet pipes for connection to the external inlet sewage system and drainage to the filtration fields.
The work of the septic tank consists in mechanical cleaning by sedimentation of heavy fractions of sewage in the form of bottom sediments. During accumulation and transfusion of the liquid fraction into the next tank, partial biodegradation occurs, resulting in solid non-degradable particles settling at the bottom, and the remaining effluents are directed to the filtration fields for final cleaning before entering the soil.

Bio models are already autonomous systems for complete wastewater treatment. In addition to mechanical settling, biological and chemical cleaning takes place, after which there is no need to use filtration fields. The performance of the three models is from 1 to 2 m.3 per day, which allows to recycle waste in a house with up to 15 people.
Deep cleaning (up to 98%) in Bio models is achieved through the biological decomposition of sewage using aerobic bacteria.
The system consists of two sections. In the first, settling occurs, where solid fractions settle to the bottom, and the liquid fraction enters the second process chamber, where air is injected. Due to aeration of the effluent, aerobic bacteria recycle organic waste in a short period of time. For chemical cleaning a special coagulant interacts with chemical compounds (phosphorus) contained in sewage, as a result of which they precipitate. The cleared drains are utilized in a ditch, a ravine, capacity for further technical use.
The disadvantages of this system are its energy dependence, the obligatory change of coagulant at intervals of 2 to 6 months, depending on the system load, as well as the pumping of non-decomposable fractions that have precipitated.
Summarize

Feedback from users of treatment systems of the company Uponor is positive, taking into account the fact that septic tanks are installed in many regions that significantly differ in climatic conditions. The high cost of products is fully justified by the trouble-free operation of sewage treatment systems in full compliance with the requirements for the installation and use of septic tanks by homeowners.
