The depths of the aquifers range from 3-4 meters to 100 or more. Hence, a whole set of tools for drilling: from manual to automated on a crawler or wheel bearing. The choice depends on you depending on the expected depth of the water bed.

In one these two extremes will coincide. If the equipment is manual, then the instruction will not be needed, everything is clear. If the drilling rig is on wheels, the instruction will not help anyway - all work should be performed only by professionals with extensive experience.

Well drilling equipment includes such a hydraulic auger as well, but it can do little to help at any significant depth.

You can, of course, limit yourself to this course of work, but, as a rule, the efforts spent with your own hands do not at all justify the expectations.

But first you need to decide on the course of this difficult process of destruction of rocks.

There are two methods to reach the desired depth underground:

  • mechanical, which will be discussed, and,
  • thermal, or rather explosive.

In turn, the mechanical method of drilling is divided into:

  • shock,
  • rotational, and,
  • combined, when special devices, called perforators, together with additional devices achieve their goal, using both methods of impact on the rock - both blows and drilling.

Types of tools

All tools of the mechanical type for creating wells can be divided into three large groups:

  • Hydroborer - can be mounted on excavators and loading mechanisms. The tool includes a hydraulic rotor and auger. Among the advantages of hydraulic drills are their small price and a rather large scope - from wells to installation of piles. Hydraulic drills require careful observance of the vertical rotation mechanism.
  • Pneumatic hammer - this type consists of a radial-piston hydraulic rotator, a vibration damper and a compressor. Most often they are used on frozen, clay and rocky soils. Drilling at a depth of over 5 m is provided by guide masts.
For water, you can use the device for drilling by the shock-cable method
  • Drilling rig - the type is a full-fledged and fairly dimensional mechanism, often at its own expense, the full composition of the installations may vary depending on the conditions of use.

Main settings

The main parameters that are used to evaluate drilling tools are as follows:

  • load capacity;
  • maximum drilling depth;
  • torque;
  • kind of drive.

General scheme and examples

First, we analyze the general scheme of the rig - all its elements can be found in the design and any other.

General scheme

Installation for drilling wells includes:

  • A - electromagnetic starters with the ability to control overload and automatic shutdown;
  • B - the engine, in the figure the real model being presented has a 2.2 kW engine;
  • C - swivel on polyurethane sleeves and bearings with adapters;
  • D - electric winch, as an auxiliary device, for 500 or even 1000 kg;
  • E - control panel, taking into account the operating conditions, is always executed protected from exposure to water;
  • F - conical locking steel locks;
  • G - drilling table;
  • H is an all-passage borer capable of performing its function regardless of the complexity of the breed encountered on the path.

Hydraulic drill model

The model is called GIDROBUR-G1. An engine with a power of 11 kW is capable of overcoming rocks of class 10 strength, providing a depth of up to 100 meters with flushing and with a screw of diameters 100-250 mm - 30 meters. Such parameters are provided with a limiting torque of 560 Nm and a rotation speed of 180 rpm. (See also the article How to equip a well qualitatively and quickly.)

Mobile model GIDROBUR - G1

In addition, the scope of delivery of the tool includes:

  • high speed hydraulic motor;
  • hydraulic distributor;
  • reduction regulator.

Model for soft and medium breeds

The AKVABUR-B2 model is intended for soft to medium-strength rocks with possible hard layers. Here the engine is already much weaker - 6 kW, which provides a torsional moment - 580 Nm.

The disadvantage of the model is a small effort up - only 150 kg. This can be a problem, given that the depth of the drilling with flushing is 70 meters (with augers, a little - only 15). This model can be called truly portable - it weighs only 160 kg.

Drilling machine AKVABUR-B2

The product package includes a 2.2 kW electric motor at 1500 revolutions per minute, as well as a manual winch per 1000 kg.

Wheeled model

The AKVABUR-B7-CAR model is an analogue of the first model - the GIDROBUR-G1, but put on the platform of a UAZ automobile.

This service allowed to include in addition to the standard package:

  • hydraulic motor providing high torque;
  • hydraulic distributor;
  • axial load regulator;
  • speed control;

Helpful advice! The choice of drilling equipment and its use, if, of course, the reservoir does not lie at 2 meters, is quite a complicated procedure. We advise you to apply only to professionals. Moreover, to buy such equipment with a cost of 60 thousand rubles (model AKVABUR - B 2) to 200 thousand (model for UAZ) is quite expensive and completely unreasonable.
