How and what to pump out the water from the well
If you have a question about how to pump out water from a well, then, most likely, there are two reasons for this - either the source is contaminated, and you need to clean it, or it is a freshly dug water receiver.

There are at least three ways to do this:
- the first make it manually a bucket
- second - use a hand pump
- and third - apply a submersible drainage pump or a mud pump.
Below we describe in more detail about the third type of pumping, and also, as a supplement, see the thematic video in this article.
Pumping methods
Note. We will pay attention to all possible types of pumps that can be used for pumping, but at the same time we will not consider the manual pump for pumping water from the well as an inefficient tool. The whole country, even the most distant corners of it, is now supplied with electricity, therefore, it is much more expedient to use the unit with such a power source.
Types of pumps
- Perhaps the Kid can be called the most unpretentious of all types of pumps, which is able to work in virtually any environment and, moreover, it has the lowest price. It does not have an automatic relay, so in this case there will be no problems with disconnecting, that is, it will not be necessary to disconnect the reserve water tank. The unit has a vibration motor, which even helps pumping out liquid with sand and mud.

- Screw pumps can also pump fluid with sludge and / or sand - this is possible due to their special design. But they have an automatic shutdown, which depends on the pressure in the backup tank. Therefore, in order for the device to work constantly, to the minimum amount, you need to disconnect the hose from the reservoir and send it somewhere to the street or to the garden.

- Pumping can also be performed by a centrifugal submersible pump, but if the water is very dirty, then this should not be done, since there is a possibility of engine failure. Nevertheless, it is possible to choose water, but it should be remembered that the immersion of the device should be for its entire length so that it does not work idling. For this kind of work, you also have to disconnect the hose from the backup tank and take it outside to drain.

- Such units, which you see in the photo above, are perhaps the best suited for our design, as they are able to pass through even large debris. These devices can be produced by the manufacturer with a multichannel, single-channel and open wheel.
The difference is that:
- Multichannel wheel instruction allows you to use only in cases where the water at the source is clean or there is debris, but shallow, such as sand or silt.
- Single channel wheel is applicable for larger particles of garbage, where even small pebbles are found.
- But pumps with an open wheel can pump through themselves even fallen leaves, due to the fact that they are equipped with a shredder.

- You can also pump out the water with your own hands with the help of a hydrophore, which, although it is a surface pump, can nevertheless raise the liquid to a height of up to 9 meters. So, if your well is not very deep, then you can disconnect the unit from the water supply system and install it on the street, right at the source. Water will be poured on the ground directly from the supply pipe, but again, if there is a lot of dirt there, then you need a filter that will leave it at the bottom.

- The last way, where you personally no longer have to put in the effort, but only pay any company for the sewage truck and agree on the time of its arrival. Such a barrel will definitely not only be able to pump out water from a well of any depth, but also clean it from sand and dirt. In addition, you do not have to pour all the water into the garden - the car will take it with you.
Note. Some are interested in whether it is necessary to pump water from a new well? Of course, you can do without it, but after all, when installing the mine, in any case there remains dirt. In addition, you definitely need to fill the bottom filter from the rubble before operation.
One of the methods

There is one very convenient way to clean a well, in which you do not need to resort to outside help, but this will require not one, but two pumps, which, however, can be rented.
You will also need a reservoir of at least 200 liters and a filter for the inlet at the top. The filter itself can be made from an ordinary galvanized or plastic bucket, making many holes in the bottom (you can simply drill) and cover it with a nylon stocking.
The bottom line is the following: one pump connected to the tank splits the sludge (the distance from the end of the hose to the bottom is about 10 cm, but if the pumped out flow is too dirty heavy, lift the pipe about 5-7 cm).
The other pump pumps out water and feeds it into the tank through a filter, only its (bucket) must be periodically cleaned of dirt. This method will allow you to pump out the water for several hours, but also to clean the well.
Here, a submersible or semi-submersible drainage pump or a mud pump should be used as a suction unit (you can even use a hand pump). For the supply of fluid into the mine, you can also use exactly the same devices, as long as the jet breaks sedimentary rocks.
Conclusion
Such a process as pumping out water has always been necessary both in industry and in the household, but previously there were no automatic and mechanical devices for this. Any tanks were emptied using ordinary buckets and at the same time - quite successfully (find out here what to do if there is no water in the well).
