What is a

The beginning of the release of the first pump modifications of the Ufa Production Association is lost in the seventies of the last century. Some samples still work. At present, under the TM “Agidel”, two versions of pumps are manufactured: “Agidel M” and “Agidel 10”. These units belong to the class of centrifugal surface pumps.

The Agidel pumping units are designed to supply water for irrigation, a summer shower, or provision of water intake from two points, for example, a bathtub and a kitchen.

Characteristics "Agidel M"

The pump "Agidel M" is a small-sized centrifugal pump. Technical characteristics of the unit are:

• weight is 6 kg;
• diameter - 23.8 cm, length - 25.4 cm;
• the unit is able to suck water from a depth of 7 m, with the installation of an ejector the depth increases to 15 m;
• height of rising of water is 20 m;
• per hour he is able to pump 2.9 l / h;
• electricity costs - 370 W / h.

Install this unit only in an upright position. A prerequisite for the operation of the pump is the maximum purity of the pumped water. Therefore, when using it for pumping water from a well or well, the distance from the receiving valve to the bottom should not exceed 35 cm.

Characteristics "Agidel 10"

The pump “Agidel 10” is a more powerful model, which has the following technical characteristics:

• weight 9 kg;
• dimensions of the construction are 23.0? 16.0? 37.0 cm;
• the pump can get water from a well with a depth of 7 m;
• the maximum height at which the rise of water is 30 m;
• productivity is 3,3 l / h;
• power consumption of the unit 700 W / h.

The unit is mounted only in a horizontal position.

For both models, a common requirement is to install on a flat surface and ensure positive temperatures at the pump installation site. If the freezing of the liquid inside the unit is allowed, it will break.

Main components

The device design pumps TM "Agidel" consists of the following components:

• a casing that attaches to the motor housing with three outer bolts;
• engine housing (attached to the base with four bolts);
• snails, with the help of which water is absorbed (is part of the body);
• impeller (anchored), which is fixed in the center of the body with one bolt;
• electric motor with an anchor, seals and gasket between them.

Constructive differences models

The Agidel M unit must be filled with water before starting work. The design provides protection against overheating, so it is allowed to operate the device without stopping for a long time. Water temperature should not exceed 40? C. The pump is recommended to be used only at positive ambient temperatures.

The pump "Agidel 10" is a self-priming unit, therefore it does not require the preliminary injection of water before the start of operation. It is sensitive to overloads, which is why you should not use the unit for pumping water from a very large depth.

How and where to install the device

Pumps should be installed in containers or utility rooms that protect them from direct sunlight, moisture and debris. To reduce water resistance, the units are located as close as possible to the well. Installation is made on a flat surface.

With year-round use of the pump, the room in which it is installed is warmed.

Since the unit "Agidel M" is intended mainly for seasonal operation, you can install it on the top of the well. If there is a need to use the unit year-round, the installation is carried out in a warm room. It is also possible to dig a pit below the level of soil freezing. Cover it with brick or concrete, insulate and install a pump there.

For the initial filling of the pump with water before starting, connect to the water pipe of the column. Then, stop valves are placed in front of the pump cochlea, and the hose from the outlet pipe of the unit is lowered into the water tank, which is located nearby. When they begin to pump water using the handle of the column, the water under pressure enters the pump and out through the hose into the tank. In order to avoid the constant movement of water through the pump, during operation, the columns shut off the stop valve.

The pump "Agidel 10" can be installed directly on the surface of the water. To do this, build a small raft. In this case, all current-carrying parts of the connection are carefully isolated from water.

Another feature of the installation - the connection to the power supply. Since the wire from the pump is only 1.5 m long, and the distance from the pump to the nearest outlet is much larger, it is better to replace the “native” wire with another one, the required length. The wire should be laid in such a way that it is not possible to stumble over it or accidentally damage it.
