I must say that the suspension brackets come in different designs and shapes, but they all serve the same purpose - to provide the possibility of safe descent into the mine.

Tip! Sometimes you can find products uncovered with a protective layer. In this case, before operation, they must be coated with an anti-corrosion compound.

Wellhead brackets are another type of product that also serves as a descent into the mine. Their main difference from suspended, is that they can be mounted in concrete after the construction of the structure. Suspended products can be installed only during the construction of the structure, as they are mounted between concrete sections.

Such steps are installed in a staggered manner, which makes it easier to descend into the mine. To ensure tightness and reliability of installation, they are sealed in the process of laying the column.

So, the instructions for the implementation of the water well is as follows:

  • First of all, even before the start of the land works, a ring is set in the place where the source will be located. After that, the ground is removed under it. In order not to have to throw the earth through the ring, you can pre-dig a hole with a depth of 0.5-0.7 m and then install a structure into it.
  • As the soil is chosen, the ring will settle under its own weight, after which a place will appear on top for the installation of another section. In this case, a tarred rope is laid on the ends of the walls, and guide brackets are installed, after which another concrete ring is mounted on top. If you do not plan to make a ladder for the well separately, then you should also install suspended steps between the rings, which will serve for the descent into the mine and the ascent.
  • Then the soil is removed further to the aquifer, and as the column is lowered, new rings are installed. Moreover, it is desirable to fasten all of them with angle brackets to prevent the upper rings from jamming in the ground, as a result of which the column breaks. If this situation nevertheless occurred, then on the upper rings you need to lay the shields and press them down with a load, for example, bags of stones.
  • Work should be stopped when water quickly begins to enter the mine, and several keys appear at the bottom.
  • Next, the water should be pumped out and select a few more buckets of soil.
  • Then the well should be covered and left for 12 hours, after which the water is pumped out again and the bottom is cleaned until the aquifers become clearly visible.
  • After this, the well must again be covered and left for 12 hours.
  • At the end of the work, the water is again pumped out and large stones are placed on the bottom with their own hands and are poured on top with fine gravel or gravel. Thus, a filter is performed that will reduce the content of sand impurities in the produced water.

Tip! In the process of making a source of water supply, you can not use any chemical compounds, including all kinds of mastic, sealants, etc. This can lead to a change in the taste of water or even make it dangerous to health.

I must say that there is another way to perform the well, which is suitable for solid soils. It lies in the fact that the mine first digs up to the aquifer, after which the rings are installed. At the same time, the pit digs a larger diameter than the rings themselves.

After installing the structure, the pit falls asleep. This method is good because it allows you to perform high-quality waterproofing well, however, it requires the use of special equipment.

After the column is completed, it is necessary to equip the upper part and provide it with an airtight lid.

Despite the fact that this is a small detail, it is hardly possible to overestimate its value, since an unreliable construction will lead to a deterioration in the quality of produced water or even the need to build a new well, the price of which is incomparably higher than the cost of brackets.
