  2. Additionally, concrete plants produce "additional" rings, the most common of them are KS / 7/5, having a diameter of 0.7 meters and a height of 0.5 meters.
  3. As it becomes clear, the standard dimensions of reinforced concrete rings for the well are as follows: diameter - 0.7 / 2 meters, height - 0.1 / 0.9 meters. Based on the dimensions, products can weigh from 43 kilograms to 1470.
  4. At arrangement of reinforced concrete wells it is necessary to use slabs for floors and bottoms, which are selected based on the diameter of the structure. Such products for the bottom are designated as PD or PN, analogs for floors - PC or PP.
  5. Zhb products for wells should be made using a concrete mixture of grades m-200/500. They must fully comply with the requirements that are voiced in GOST 8080/90.

A little bit about how concrete elements are made of reinforced concrete wells.

In fact, the technology of these products is very simple.

  1. At first, the form for the well element is placed on a special metal tray or on a flat floor surface.
  2. Further in it the reinforcing framework keeps within.
  3. Then a concrete mix is ​​poured into the mold.
  4. After that, by means of vibration, the workpiece is compacted. Due to this, concrete is compacted and gains additional strength.
  5. As required, during this process, new portions of the solution are added to the form.
  6. After the product dries enough, it is transported to the place of storage, where it is removed from the form. Then the whole process is repeated.

  5. Analogs produced for the arrangement of well chambers in storm and drainage systems - CLA.

Next come two digits. The first of them indicates the cross-section of the product, in decimeters, and the second - its height.
