What is needed crane pe for underground installation
For plumbing or gas pipeline, it is most convenient to embed a ball valve for an underground installation of plastic. This design can provide a sufficiently long period of operation, and, without any problems with maintenance.
There are many options for materials for such valves, but plastic is most convenient, since it is not afraid of dampness and corrosion at all. We will explain how to install it and demonstrate the thematic video in this article.

PE cranes
Description

- Polyethylene pipes are much cheaper than metal, so most of the settlements and various industrial facilities do not do without communication routes from this material. In addition, the price of a PE crane is much less than that of a steel analog, but the service life is immeasurably longer, which also plays a significant role in the choice of materials for pipelines.
- The widespread use of this mechanism is also due to its rather wide range of diameters. - it can be mounted on pipes with a cross section of 20 to 315 mm and it can work at temperatures from -20? C to +40? C, this is acceptable for any region of the Russian Federation with underground installation.

- In addition, the ball valve for underground installation can be mounted, without equipping for this special well - for its adjustment it is enough to bring the control mechanism out, and the node itself can be covered with earth. The distance to the ground surface from the pipe can be from 1,650 mm to 2,750 mm.
- The rod of the telescope is extended by a square hollow profile, at the end of which a hexagonal sleeve is welded., which is mounted on the axis of the crane and rotates using a square / hexagonal metal rod.
- A ball underground crane is made from polymeric materials (the design is intended for butt-welding or for pipe joints). Outlets on this mechanism are made of PE 100 SDR11 - this is quite enough for gas pipelines with a pressure of 10 bar and water pipelines with a pressure of 18 bar.
Note. A polyethylene protective cover is installed on the extension cord of two thin-walled pipes. They can move freely in one another.

The nuances of editing
Note. In the Russian Federation at the moment, a water or gas underground crane does not have a sufficiently wide application. Nevertheless, a lot of construction organizations show a healthy interest in such construction devices.

This valves in ground or underground (using wells) version can be used in gas facilities. But, at the same time, the instruction does not recommend the use of wells along the course.
The thing is that the rules for working in these tanks and recommendations for their opening significantly complicate the operation of valves of this type.
OAO Gazprom has developed certain technical standards in which the installation of valves made of polyethylene (the price is not taken into account) is preferably done without wells.
Well installation is recommended only in cases where the pipeline is installed at a great depth, which does not allow the use of a telescopic actuator for adjustment.

There is a standard STO GAZPROM 2-2.1-093-2006, which demonstrates (illustrated) solutions for the design, construction and reconstruction of polyethylene pipelines for gas mains.
It describes a variety of options for installing PE ball-type cranes that can be performed:
- Directly on the roadway (in the middle of the road);
- Directly on the roadway (in the middle of the road) and on pedestrian sidewalks, as well as in the park area;
- Under the carpet (turf) in the park area or forest belt.
Conclusion
Installation of PE faucets with their own hands for home plumbing at the moment is somewhat difficult, since there is no special equipment for this, which is supplied through a network of hardware stores.
If we talk about plastics, then for the private sector, preference is given to polypropylene and at the moment this material fully meets the needs of the residents of the private sector.
